Frequently Asked Questions

Where do your crystals come from?
We source our crystals from a variety of different countries, including Brazil, Uruguay, Indonesia, India, and China.
How much is shipping and what carriers do you use?
Shipping costs vary based on your location. You will be able to view shipping costs during checkout.
Usually, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Occasionally, we will use UPS for larger/heavier packages.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes. We are within short driving distance of Martinsburg, WV, Hagerstown, MD, and Winchester, VA, so if you happen to live local to the area, we will be happy to allow you to pick up your purchase.
If you’d like to do a local pickup, please select the appropriate option at checkout. We will then contact you to arrange a time & place to meet up with you.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.
Can I cancel my order?
No, once an order is placed, we being processing it very quickly, so you cannot cancel an order once it’s submitted.
Can I return an item?
No, all sales are final, so please reach out with any questions BEFORE you place your order. The only exception is if we made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item. In that situation, we will definitely allow you to return it for a refund or exchange.
An item was damaged or lost during shipping. Can I get a refund/replacement?
We have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves us. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, all packages are shipping through PirateShip with insurance, so if anything happens to your package during transit, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
My crystal looks different than it did on the website. Why?
Crystals can look quite different under different lighting conditions. Athough we do our best to post photos that reflect the color that it is in-person, computers and phones all render colors a bit differently.
My item has some imperfections. Is it damaged?
Probably not. The majority of crystals have natural cracks, small chips, pockets, and inclusions. Just like with anything else found in nature, these form naturally in the crystal. Even with polished crystals, you will sometimes have pockets on the surface because the polishing process can bring natural imperfections to the surface.
